WELDING
Metalstyle Ltd. can produce products in stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and galvanized, using MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and Spot Welding. We work to the latest metal welding standards.
With over 30 years experience, we have produced products for many Industry Sectors, including, Offshore, Oil and Gas, Energy, Refuse and Waste, Sports, Marine, Horticulture, Signage etc.
FABRICATION
Our Fabrication workshop works with all popular metal types. With a capacity to produce almost any pipe or sheet metal product from engineering drawings.
Our products range from small, one off, items such as security boxes, all the way up to batch work of large refuse skips and self-contained working containers.
SHEET WORK
Working to exacting standards, our fabricators can guillotine, fold, punch, sheet metal kits before being welded and assembled into their final products.
Typical products can be machinery casing, hygienic stainless steel counters and fittings, cabinets and boxes.
PIPE WORK
Pipe work includes all types of solid bar and box type metalwork. These can be cut and welded into frames to be used as a stand-alone product, or combined with sheet work to add reinforcement and form to a wider range of products.
FINISHING
Upon Completion of a product, it can be finished in a number of ways, the most popular being either Powder Coated or Galvanized.
Powder Coating is used to colour and protect a product. This is a long lasting coating, providing a finish that is more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing. Galvanizing is the process of coating a product in a protective layer of zinc as a way to prevent corrosion.
We can also arrange additional services such as stencilled or complete product bead blasting.
